YOGA NIDRA is a unique form of meditation that I've found is one of the fastest ways to access a state similar to a free-flowing fugue state of connected writing. 

Hilary Jackendoff, CYT, will lead us in her signature YOGA NIDRA class. Hilary brings her extraordinary background of study and expertise, along with humor. 

Yoga Nidra is a Tantric deep relaxation meditation, designed to systematically release stored physical, emotional and mental tensions. This powerful practice can help to relieve anxiety, insomnia, chronic fatigue and PTSD.

Through writing, we'll discover our individual 'before' and 'after,' and uncover ways to modulate our state of being in order to intentionally return to a state of calm and free our writing process.
